To master any language practice is must. To draft better letter, you need to have good stock of word power.
Further, you can do following:
1. Read English Newspaper daily. 2. Read incoming and outgoing correspondences in your office regularly. 3. If you have a patience, buy a book on letter drafting and read & practice. 4. If not, contact the undersigned, I will teach you letter drafting by email or through messenger.
hi,i read some of message.they are really made a person satisfy.my problem is that i can not speak english as much as effective i know grammer.i am very good at grammer but my pronounciation make it lifeless .as i am from haryana thats why i am facing this problem.one more problem:-i am frim hindi medium school now i am in degree- 2yr(b.com)(english medium)so i am facing spelling mistakes and vocablary limitions. i can't use the effective and concise words to express my feeling.some time in my class i used to have my important points but i could'nt able to express them because lack of confidence.& also tell me how can i improve my writing & speed in english.i wanna become a ca so i need to improve my communication skills.please i am requesting you to suggest &help me to improve all above problems as soon as possible .now also i have made some mistakes so plz dont mind & suggest me where i am wrong.i am waiting for your reply.
Sub : Hello, Madam I want to speak good english Dear Madam, I am garduate in B.com, and i given a mini interview in one company, but they want good english speaker, and i am not talking proper english there is a some problems, and I have to be go for final interview to there, i have so much need for the job, because i am very poor i cannot join the classes so please suggest the solution within two days how can manage.
