i want to speak english fluently. how can i improve my communication skills in a better way.i 'm unable to use the appropriate word while speaking. really i'm bothered abt that. i can speak alittle bit but cant do fluently plese suggest me in this issue

Hi I can prepare drafts in solitude but unable to speak in gatherings. During presentations i am unable to use the proper sentences and started blabbering. Pl. help me to come out from this struggle.
i know somewht english but the actuall words wht the people speak i cant get them ..that words r with different meaning so plz do let me know the better english
