Leave for LTA

I have applied for LTA leave.my boss is telling you will get the amount towards LTA and leave will be sanctioned but in actual i cannot go on leave,i have to go to work on the leave period. Are they authorized to do so.I want leave urgently.

in a FAAQ, it is mentioned that you can claim LTA for two years. infact the correct positon is that you can claim Two JOURNEY and NOT Two years.

hence any one claim two entilements to gather and claim singel exemption
