I have completed my bachelors in Mechanical engineering in 2002. I have worked initially for a period of three months. I also have a small exposure to IT field. My major experience field being Automotive interior designing. I was working as a Product Engineer with an American firm until November 2005, from June 2003.
I was handling a seat design project for an Automotive major, which was a success on Indian roads. The experience exposed me to the test regulations in Indian market. Also, I was involved in presentation of new concepts, getting customer feedback, resolving the customer complaints.
I would like to know more about the KPO industry.I am telecom engineer and have 5 yrs of experience. I would like to switch over to an KPO industry but do not know anything about them.
I will be grateful if I can certain leads can be provided to me.
