Tax deduction for educational loan

Hi,
I would like to know that what is the tax deduction procedure for the period during which the course is going on.

Suppose my course duration was 4 years and i joined college in 2001 and took the loan also in 2001.
Now i started the re-payment in 2005 so how i can get benefit for the interest for the duration of 2001-2004?

Educational Loan Interest of last year and arrears this year

I forgot to claim the benefit of interest on educational loan paid during 2007-08. This year [2009 March] we were paid 6 Pay arrears belonging to the years 2006-07, 07-08 and 08-09. MOW, can I claim the benefit of interest paid during 2007-08 against the arrears relevant to 2007-08?

rax rebate

I paid tution fee for my PhD progam. I dont borrow any educational loan.
Please guide if the tax rebate is permissible in my case.

sir, I paid a tution fee towards my p.hd.without taking any educational loan.
Can I avail tax rebate benifit for the tution fee I paid?

Interest on education loan taken for my sons higher education

The education loan taken for my son is charged for Rs.193000 per year. My son do not have any earning source and the responsibility lies on me to pay. The loan is taken in the joint names of my son and my name. whether I am elibible for tax rebate ?
