Rebate on education loan

Loan was taken for my son's higher studies. I paid the EMI for 4 yrs & availed tax benefit. Now my son is employed and making payment of EMI from his salary. Is he eligible for tax rebate for remaining period?

Can anybody assist me : i took edu loan for 2004-2008,with joint account with my father. My father is not taking benefit of this loan, but i want . So , wat all necessary documents i required to submit

Can any one help me ,i took education loan 160000/- Rs in period (2005 to 2009)
i get interest up to now 40,000 ,
now my annuel sal is 4000000,
Am I able to get a tax deduction on interest paid ,if yes the what document to submit to my account department? Please help......

Can anyone pls. tell me is there any kind of waiver on interest amount paid during the study period.
I took a sum of 270000/- during 2008 & I completed my studied in June 2010, I took the loan from Mumbai District Co-operative bank. This is not any Nationalized bank. I paid interest amount for the same period. I heard few days ago, the interest for the period for which I was studing was subjected to interest amount waiver lawfully. Can any one clarify my doubt???

Currently my salary is Rs. 19970 without PF deduction of Rs 780.
Am I able to get a tax deduction on interest paid ,if yes the what document to submit to my account department? Please help......

I have availed an education loan Rs 75000/- as first installment for a loan amount of Rs 300000/-. clarify where i can taken this amt of Rs 75000/- in the incme tax calculation under 80CC

Tax deduction for educational loan

Hi,
I would like to know that what is the tax deduction procedure for the period during which the course is going on.

Suppose my course duration was 4 years and i joined college in 2001 and took the loan also in 2001.
Now i started the re-payment in 2005 so how i can get benefit for the interest for the duration of 2001-2004?
