When Practically facing Interviewer he may ask about your skills & attributes in that circumstances what i shall mention: what courage I had shawn in Implementing System, in Streamlining Process, in normal crisis Situation etc., all these may lead to self concetration aptitude and may create impression that I was the alone who had courage & aptitude and great skills to work with. If so what i shall present against !

If you really want to leave your present company you should be sure that,the company you are joining into have promising career for you,the kind of job and package you were looking for and moreover the standing of that company in that scenario.
One more thing i would like to tell you is,Jumping from one company to another wont help you in getting more chances,coz..the interviewer feels that,you are one kind of person who wish to jump in a year or less than that, which term you as UNSTABLE.
ASK YOURSELF..STUDY YOURSELF..YOU WILL GET INTO THE RIGHT JOB!
