Chennai passport but H1 visa interview in Mumbai ?

hey..
i have my visas issued in Chennai and i wish to apply for my H1 visas from Mumbai. i have already got my B1 visas from chennai a year ago and they are 10 years multiple entry visas..
is it possible for me to apply and give my H1 visa interview at Mumbai

hi thanks . i want to ask if i have my cousin sister married in the USA ./ ca n they sponsor me in my studies in the USA.
