Dear Sir, I am going to France this september for studnets exchange and already have a 90 days sengen visa. My sister is in US and I want to go and visit her, can I apply for a Visa for US in France, as the wait time in Dili / Mumbai consulate is over 120 days.

you want to come here, spend a lot of money, degree from a below average school and go back to India? If not, then dont opt for MBA without 3-5 years experience.
I intend appearing for the CPA exam early next year. I would greatly appreciate it if I could receive some guidance on travelling there, especially regarding the visa, booking of air tickets, hotel bookings etc,. I would like to know how I could get the best deals as I'm on a tight budget, and also what is the minimum amount I should set aside.
