Can some body or some rating agency tell which University and course is best?

First you need to plan for GRE and TOEFL, then sort the universities. I will suggest to subscribe on usnews.com to find out best schools in your stream.
I possess Australian citizenship and currently would be in US for next few months. Actually, I want to settle in US. So, kindly advise any way to settle in US apart from being marrying an US citizen.
