i wish to know when i should expect intimation regarding spring 2007 sem. admission from univs. like connecticut, ohio state univ, pittsburgh etc. for a phd. course in oharmacology?

In USA there it is called Pharm D, which will take 5 yrs to complete. You can search at www.gradschools.com or www.usnews.com.
I really want to do my MBA in Human Resource Management from a good University but I have no idea how to go about it and no idea which colleges I should apply to. I live in Bangalore right now and I'm doing my 16th year of my education and this is the exact right time when I can apply but I just need help choosing the right colleges and if I can get some names of good university's, I'd be very grateful.
I thought of immigrating to Canada and after reaching there even i want to pursue my PhD... Do they accept our Masters or they'll ask us to do their M.S before doin phD... please clarify me..
I want to know abt good colleges n universities dat provide Masters in Astonomy n also masters in Computer Science.I also want to know abt PH.D progmm. n it's elligibility.
