I want to acqaint myself if there is any scholarship covering all the expences of a course(postgraduate ),like the PLUS scholarship being provided by USEFI at the undergraduate level. At present I am pursuing masters in History. I am very enthusiastic to go and study there in U.S.A,but due to financial constraints I can only dream about it.
