My parents have found a good match for me, but the problem is that I've been working at a very good position in IT industry for quite long. But this potential guy is working in US under H1 Visa. I'll have to quit the job and go their on student visa for around 2 years. But at the same time I want to work and which may not be possible after going there for at least 2 years. What do you suggest could be the options for me so that I don't lose my independence in terms of financial aspects and am able to pursue my interests also in terms of carreer?

There is no such baseline for gre scores. However, the good scores will make your case strong. Check universities at www.usnews.com or www.gradschools.com

The number of available TA or RA positions are not fixed. As a result, the numbers are not published. The number of required TAs depend on the load of the courses being offered. The number of RAs will depend on the funding situation of the department and also on the research activities of the Professors. Professors doing lots of varied research with lots of funding will in general required lots of RAs.

The no of TA and RA in each university is different and there is no data from which you can get the answer of your question. There are no such prerequisite but mainly based on the department. Your TOEFL is above 213 so you are fine with that. I dont know wht are you thinking. You should work hard to get in good university rather than asking questions which are not very important right now.

It will be hard to get 100% scholarship in MS. However, try to get in good school, you will get some sort of financial assistance.
