My husband has got a H1B visa and we would like our daughter who is 17yrs old now to go to University there. Is it possible on a H4? Can anyone tell me what else are the prerequisites other than the SATs and TOEFL? To be a resident of Califormnia I saw that you need to reside there for a year, in which case she looses a year. Is there some way to work around this?
