hello , iam doin my B.Tech information technology course in INDIA, i will be completing by aprail 2007 i have scored 64% till 6th semester .iam plannin to my MS in USA i have written my GRE and TOFEl exam,and i have scored below average marks. Is it possiblle to apply C graded universites in USA.and is it possible me to go in fall season. please guide for this situation

i have taken gre exam a few days back,and i could score 960 only(i was ill n that day),my toefl score is 260(cbt)and my academics are 70%.im presently in my final semester of engg. i have applied to following universities univ of missouri-rolla univ of missouri-kansas city univ of texas a&m intl university laredo univ of south alabama-mobile. can i get admission into any of these universities for fall2007.
