Equivalancy of Engineering Diploma in US
by Anonymous on Aug 06, 2006 10:22 PM  Permalink

I have done Diploma (three year after 10+2) from a technical body of government India, and want to go for an MBA from an recognized American university, I have also got 11 year of international work experience in Telecommunication.

Which degree in USA is equivalent to a "Diploma (three year) - electronic engineering" from government institute (polytechnic) from India? I want to go for MBA from any accredited American university.

Will my experience help in scoring the credits for MBA?

Do I need to do any bridge course to get entitle to purse for MBA?

Please only suggest a accredited university / institute / organization.

Hi, Brooks is definitely the way to go especially if you are also looking to make some good contacts and rub shoulders with the best. I work with Pictage in Los Angeles, the biggest online wedding photography company in the U.S. We work with almost 8,000 professional photographers across the US and Canada. I will try and get some information on other good colleges as Brooks is definitely expensive. Community colleges are a good bet. The courses are decent and inexpensive. I will check with the photographers I know and post more information on my blog at http://indianstudentsabroad.blogspot.com

What is the scope of the Global Fashion Management Course at FIT, New York??
by Amit Khanna on Aug 06, 2006 09:01 PM  Permalink

Hi!! I am really keen to take up the Global Fashion Management course at FIT, New York. I have already done my Masters from NIFT, India and am an engineer basically. So, think my credentials would match the requirements of this course.I have written to them couple of times, but have not heard anything from them. Right now I am planning to also enrol in for some on-line courses at FIT, but have no clue whether they would add to my credential when I would apply for the final admission.

Can someone answer this please...

It is not recommended to provide information, which may not be verifiable. It might jeopardize things later.
