Krishna,
Im not sure what your priority is! If you want a MS degree in Sat Com thats fine. But thereafter DO NOT expect a job in US in that field. Lots of security clearences required to get in there. So getting your H1 sponsorship is almost impossible. But you can still pursue a degree and come back to India and work for ISRO etc. Or otherwise, you can pursue some other 'safer' degree maybe MBA, CS whatever.. and easily (relatively) get you job and H1 sponsorship in the US. Good luck.

University of Colorado at Boulder would be the best bet.

GRE scores matters heavily in obtaining academic funding.

Not much to do with Bachelors scores.

don't even think about doing MBA from US until you have atleast 3-5 years of full time work experience. Start planning GMAT/TOEFL 1-2 years before going to US.

hi,

The question of when you should/can take the GMAT is pretty broad - the scores are generally valid for 5 years if memory serves right. So you will need to take them so that you plan to do an MBA within the period of their validity - otherwise you will require to retake the exam. For everything about GMAT - go to www.gmat.org which will redirect you to another URL, that has all information you need to know about the GMAT.

Good Luck!
