your BBA is a 3 year course which will not make you eligible for a MBA here. your best bet is that do a MBA in India and get atleast 3 years of good experience and then apply for MBA here and also make plans to take GMAT accordingly.

hi,
Typically most universities (the good to decent ones) require a minimum GRE/TOEFL score depending on the school and generally look for a 3.0 equivalent score from the applicant - but this is not a rigid requirement to my knowledge. Schools will generally indicate this if this is also a requirement. You have to keep in mind that keeping aside the top 10 to 20 schools, the rest from say 21 to 50 are decent schools and getting a degree from them still has value - I say keeping the top 10 to 20 aside because, generally speaking, getting into such schools requires a combination of good GPA, GRE/TOEFL scores, maybe some research work etc - although the weightage attached to each area may vary with an applicant. For example, someone with a not so good aggregate score, may be considered for admission if his GRE/TOEFL scores are very good and/or some research work is shown. The bottom line is that it is a combination of things when it comes to getting admission - so if I were genuinely interested in higher studies in the US and had an aggregate score on the lower end, I would give my best shot at the GRE/TOEFL and pursue efforts for admission.

I think it will be hard to get F1 when your immigration is already filled. Ask your wife to find a lawyer is USA who can assist you in this matter.

you already applied for green card, means you have shown your intend to immegrant in US, and Student visa(F1) means you are not intended to immegrant. So, you can see yourself these 2 things are contradicting and I am sure they will reject your visa on this basis. there is only way you can go there on H1.

Visa related issues are complicated. However, I might add that there might be a conflict of interest. For getting a study visa (F-1), you have to prove that you don't want migrate to US. On the other hand, a green card has been applied for you, on which you want to be a permanent resident of US. You should ask for legal help in this matter.
