My question is that like I have GMAT score of 680,but in 3 years, its my 4th company, does it any way affect my chances to get the admission in B-Schools at USA.Whole of my experience is in my field only, but in different firms.
Your response will guide me that when should I apply.

No. It should not affect you in getting an admission into MBA School. So Just go ahead with your MBA plans. If you were applying for a job here, then you would need to present valid points for the reason why you ended up switching jobs as previous employment references play an important role.

...might I suggest Canada instead of the United States? I realize that the US is very popular with potential students back home in India, but I immigrated to Canada from India several years ago and now I'm doing my university degree here.
Regardless of how diverse California or New York might be, most of the United States is still very "white". Canada is much more multicultural and is very accepting of immigrants from all countries. The UN credits Toronto with being the most multicultural country on Earth. People will not look at you funny because you have a different colour because nearly half of Toronto's population is not white. There are people from every corner of the Earth here, Africa, South America, South-east Asia, India, Sri Lanka, you name it we have it right here.
The taxes are higher than in the US, but much of the healthcare is free and student loans are available. Canada is not militaristic or as right-wing as the United States. So if you are not a fan of American global policies, but you want a North American education, come to Canada! There are some downsides to Canada like a tight labour market, but crime is low and country is beautiful.
