hi iam completed b.tech in eee in 2007 .i want 2 do m.s in u.s but iwrote ielts score is 5.5 is it possible do ms in good university

i m final year student of IIT B(MTECH).CAN i do PHD from US UNIVERSITIES directly(means without having to do MS from there firstly).OR,i have to do MS and then proceed to PHD there??

im doing my BTech _4th yr.I want to do MS in US.Is it neccessary to write GRE (or) Toffel is enough.I want to know only Toffel based colleges in US.

its anupam here.i have a career throughout 90 percentage and have a score of just 1250 in GRE and 270 in TOEFL.i want to do my MS in Computer Science in US...which univ should i apply?..
