My name is Diganta, 35 year old. I am in huge debt Rs.2,10,000/- from credit card, Rs.50,000/- from personal loan, Rs.5,30,000/- from private market at very high interest rate (ranging from 4% to 14% per month). This situation has started about two years back when I had a expenditure of Rs.3,00,000/-(collected from private market) for a personal family problem. The situation is worsening day by day. My monthly earning is aprox.30,000/- and EMI and interest taken together for all the above loan is more than Rs.30,000/-. Moreover, the amount taken from the private market still remaining at the same level, I am paying only the interest. Please suggest how can I come out of this.

We fall in to Debts over 5 years. As I have taken some Loans which has been preapproved to my account. So I cleared all my Fathers Debts and I made married to my sister and rest of the money i paid to bank every month. Till Jan / 2009 I have paid. From Feb / 2009 not able to manage myself.. Hello, I have a icici credit card loan which i am paying over 3 years now. initially the amount was bout 50000 and i have made a payment over that amount but now the amount is over 90000. I am making a little over a monthly payment as i cannot afford to do more. I really need some help as the collections harrass me and my family and there is no way i am going to be able to pay that kind of money. can i go to consumer court. what shall i do?
