Don't contractdict please

Before tow days i have read a so called research in news paper that the hunger stuimulate to memory so the students should study always in empoty stomach...... and you says that should be fullfiled so what is to follow up. First consider deeply then advice

Yes, Breakfast is a MUST!

I have know a friend who skipped breakfast for over 6 years. He would eat heavily during lunch and combine cocktails during dinner. He suffered some much indigestion and other gastric problems that he had to visit the Doctor. He was diagnosed with peptic ulcer and was prescribed heavy medication and put on a strict diet of light food and milk for over 4 months.

You are right a heavy breakfast really puts you on the right track to good health and high energy.

i do agree with the writer. I also use to skip the breakfast very often. Now am very regular in taking my breakfast. I feel gr8 after I have the breakfast.

Why you must have breakfast!

The author is absolutely right and in my own case, I used to skip breakfast since my child hood and always had little lunch and heavy dinner. To suppress hunger i used to sip coffee more almost an intake of 4-8 glasses a day and used to have it even before having dinner at 8PM. This has totally disturbed my apetite and health and put on unwanted fats due to late and heavy dinners. After starting yoga practice habits have completely changed and have lost 10% weight during last 1 year.

Every one should realise this.

skipping breakfast

most who skip breakfast know they are not doing good to themselves.. yet it happens for various excuses, almost all would be just blind lame excuse.. the most important being indian foods are not of instant prepare serve and eat kind.. and are not ready to accept other kind of foods..
a esay thing could be balancing the required calories.. to keep fit.. like having dry fruits mix powders..

easy to say breakfast takes 20-30 minutes

i hope many persons will be agree with me.
it is very tough to get 20-30monutes in the morning especially those bachelores working in reputed company & living alone. Lots of pressure like office & girlfriend too don't spares the time for breakfast.
i am agree without breakfast we becomes panic or grouchy.
