That was a excellent article on Breakfast. The Author is requested to publish an article for Lunch and Dinner too.

Thank you very much for this information.I am a bachelor living in Mumbai with my Bachelor friends. and most of the times we used to skip breakfast.
This TOPIC is the wake up call for us. Really nice information and some quick processes/receipes to prepare breakfast.

Can you please share some quick VEG items which can be prepared in minutes.

i dont eat breakfast rather do 2 cups of tea/coffee at office ( with sugar ). and at lunch i eat fruits only. dinner is something i do like i should, not heavy, not light. for last 1 year i have been doing that and am losin' + i do bit gym n yoga

I do agree to the writers notion that having a nice and enriching breakfast is a must. But most of the school students have to leave pretty early for their schools where they do not get enough time to manage their breakfast schedule.The mantra of early to bed and early to rise, might help those school goers to manage meals properly.

How abt ppl having rice,dal,rasam,buttermilk as breakfast ?? it is said in the article that breakfast should contain more of fibre/cereals.

you are correct. when we donot have breakfast we feel tired the day progresses till midday. I experienced this & started having breakfast, now I feel good.

You are right about having breakfast, but doesnt eating rice stuff such as idlis and dosas increase the waistline to a larger extent. Myself being in the middleast have heard people advising me to eat less rice since its the no 1 cause of a buldging waistline.

Please advice...........
