Your narration about preparing the presention is indeed best one and through guideline in the line of preparation at various situations. Alarming alerting mind chemistry and mind mapping are some thing which really need to be considered all the way in preparation of the presentation.
This was seriously a pathetic article. I suggest pl do not publish such articles . And also , the one who published this article not to make a presentation based on this article. The results might be disasterous.
The author is talking about one of the many techniques however there are a few missed points
1. Know who is your audiance first and start there. 2. Understand what you would like to tell these audiance 3. Write down as mind map what you want to tell as described in this article 4.Prioritize them on what is important and make sure that all types of audiance are addressed 5. Create a story line and fit in your points to that story line. make it interesting and structutre it to get all their attention right up front.
