There appears to be ambiguity in the options to Q. No. 2, where I feel the second option is right. The third option is displayed as correct but the clarification seems to indicate that Option 2 is right.

I agree. Q2 has some problem. The option says the hand shake should be carried throughout but the correct answer says it should be done briefly. I think the correct answer should be " eye Contact". Correct me if i am wrong.

yes there is something wrong in this ques. how could one shake a hand for so long and that too to a person, with whom one meets for the very first time.
