I really cannot agree with a long hand shake with the person whom you are meeting for the first time. It is better to have eye contact while shaking the hand.
I just happened to go through these questions on web site,and undergo test.further to this i request you to post some self evaluationg questionnaires on values,ethics,skills and knowledge as such these tools will help many of my collegues attending interviews specifically in MNC companies as nowa days very high standard of ethics are followed in corporate governance.And i also request you to put some questions regarding and handling situations with view to CTC negotiations as these are very difficult to address when employer puts the question.
