Artical is good. But if you will always say truth, chances are more likely to be failed at this stage because employer will always select the one who meet their expectation. In addition to this article, some link for physometric test over internet can be provided.
The article is good but misses one point...practicality. Anyone to fail pshycometric test is just not good at lying.. I have myself gone thru a couple of them, and it is very clear..to pass this test u need: 1. Be consistent, select same answer 2. For carrying out point 1, always select answer which will show you as a postive , happy living, proactive person. Its just like passing the written test for getting driving licence in US, always select the option which is most safest whether logical or not.
