How to improve speaking and understanting English language?I live in an environment which I have to speak in three different languages.When I faces with person who speaks in English.It is diffcult to me to understant him.
i can understand english but i can't speak fluently.i find it difficult to speak regularly with anybody.i want to learn spoken so fluently as mother tongue. i also want to improve my english grammar.tell me the solution

DEAR ADARSHA,Learning a language involves 4 skills. listening, reading,speaking and writing.here listening and reading r considered as inputs and speaking and writing as outputs.so more input more the output.so to speak and write, the first step is listen and read. best of luck john.Bangalore.
i am having habit to speak hindi.I think my english is also poor.i am studying in iiitd&m before coming here my english was much better than now. But i never used this language as speaking purpose when i try to speak english i am scared and tired within a minute and i dont know what to tell .there is a one problem also till 12 i was stuying in hindi medium i had only one subject so my writting skill is also weak here i have to write exam in english so i am facing to much difficulty .plz help..
while i reading a newspaper i cant understand lengthy sentence and also i afraid about to reading the sentence which consists of 3 or 4 prepositions like that,which etc.. help me , how to read english books ?

hi this is madhu, persuing MBA, my spoken english is not good thats why some time i feel very embarishing among my friends and faculty,although i have good knowledge about my subjects but i can't express it because of hegitation,i want to improve my english so i can achive my goal,plz help me.
i am a very shy person and because of this i can't speak well and cannot try to do so in front of the public..even my fellow friends...i also commit grammatical mistakes very often...please help me as im losing my confidence with every tick of the clock.
