hi,pl help me, i can understand t english language but t problem s that when i talk to another person i feel very nervous and start mistaking... but i can translate everything non-verbal(in my heart).it s dificult to me to speak stranger.. but i can talk on ph. so help me how can i bring fluency n english

I live in an envirnment,people talking in three different languages. It means daily I have to speak in three different languages. When I face a person speaking English. I face difficultly to understant him.
