dear sir/madam
Am working but i cant able to speak flulency in english. and i have grammer mistake also. wat i want to do to improve the english

i am working from one company i wnt improve my english knowledge speak fluency i don't have english knowledge some of my colleques cheating so what can i do speaking fluency in english.

I am working in a private company. I want to improve speaking of English language. But I have more fear of talking and writing anything in english. for this I am faced so many problems. Pls give me a suggestion to improve my writing and speaking of English very well

first im apprriciating u, coz the way u hav written ur msg is quite gud, im sure definetley u wil becme a gud speaker in englsih... for that u need to practice daily news paper reading with loud voice, feel jus lik a kid wen u r reading... and observe wen others r speaking in english, habituate to learn atleaet ten engsh vocublary per day and put them into practice in ur daily life, dont feel shy, n dont get frustation to speak infront of others... "if u cant speak now - u never speak". wish u gud luck

Daily spent 10 min on english news paper,gradually increase the time up to 1 hr.This practce shall help you and soonly you will get certin grip on language.

I am a stenographer by profession and work for advocates. I am good at grammer but my spoken english is very poor, pls suggest me some tips to improve my spoken english
