I had applied to one of the Canadian Universities for pursuing a 2yr diploma in bsiness administration.I've even got their acceptance letter. Wanted to do MBA but I am not eligible for MBA so chose a diploma. Am I eligible for applying study permit visa? Can I go to Canada to study?
