You have informed that the rate of interest was intially at 12% and subsequently reduced to 9.5% and now at 8%. Kindly inform the effective date of the rate of interest applied at the rates to the PPF accounts.
We have an Indian numbering system which go in multuples of 10s, 100s, 1000s, lakhs and crores and not in 10s, 100s, 1000s, 100,000s, millions and billions.
