I have taken a loan against my PPF account amounting 87,000/- (Rupees Eighty Seven Thousands Only) on 28th Aug, 2014 and the same was repaid along with interest on 8th Aug, 2015. After repayment of the above said loan amount(87,000/-), will it attracts any interest? If yes, from which financial year?
Hi, I would like to know how the interest is calculated. Initially I paid 500. Whether the interest is calculated monthly/quaterly or yearly. If yearly, then is it ok if I deposite remaining 99500 before Mar 5 of 2014?
I will complete 15 yrs time period in march.10 if i will not withdraw the amount on maturity can i withdraw the same after 16 yrs alongwith 16 th months interest also.
learnt that PPF a/c cannot be extended on completion of 25 years ? What happens if I do not withdraw on maturity after 25 years? do i get interest till i withdraw the maturity amount?
I have completed more than 10 years for my PPF account in State Bank of India, Dharavi Branch. Now I have withdraw 1,37,000 amount from my PPF account. But SBI, Dharavi Branch has charged me commission about Rs. 350. Please tell me whether it is correct? and they are giving me Banker cheque, is it correct? Please reply

sir no charges are to be collected and they will issued bc only or else they have to credit the amt to your a/c only and they do not pay cash as such issuing bc only
