I seldom go out in sunlight but plays cricket once in a week on sunday morning in the sun though we start early int he morning before sunrise but by the time i return from the ground it becomes sunny.Which is the best spf to use while playing cricket? 15, 30 or 50?? Can boys n men use these screens or is it only forladies.

Sir, For the past seven months im suffering from dobis itch problem.I used various antifungal cream,but it stopped itching temporarily only.My groin area had totally gone black and it has spread over to the inner side too.Please help me and provide me a solution to get rid of the problem.
Still im getting itching often and i cant stop scratching. Please help me to find a solution to this problem.

I am losing my hair above my forehead. Now I am 25. The problem is started since a year. I do not apply any type of oil for the hesitation that i have less hair and application of oil makes them more oily. i am using Keratex hair oil. I use Clinic All Clear Shampoo Weekely once.
i will be thankful if suggest me any kind of Shampoo or the conditioner to make my hair healthier and look good. I dont want to lose them. i am going to get married in 2 months. Pls advise me i would be very greatful to u.I also have some balck spots on my face pls advise any anti marks cream which will work on my face. i have oily skin.

The information is very useful and an eye opener , but is incomplete in the fact that it doesnt take a stand on which soap is good . No Soap brand is given , for the end user , he hardly will remember what alkalies and chemicals are there. BE brave , take a stand and give us a few soap brands .
