Dear sir,

The article that you had presented regarding the need of softskill was really mind blowing.
the point that u had mentioned about noting down the daily behaviour from friends and family members is good.

Excellent article, only this needs to be changed
1. Attitude- (term this as POSITIVE ATTITUDE) for a better understanding by any person with no formal training on behavioral science.
also a few tips on improving SOFT SKILLS
1. make a check list indicating the areas and level of expertise
2. Do a periodic planned improvemnt exercise

3. Keep updating the improvement
4. Do mock tests with colleagues/friends

Dear Samar,

Thanks for the feedback. Yes, ultimately all the soft skills that we develop manifest in terms of attitude.

And as you rightly indicate, improving soft skills is as simple as dialoging with oneself and the people around us. All that one needs is a little initiative and the inquisitiveness to discover oneself.

Will definitely explore the 'how' of improvement in the future articles, as suggested by some other readers.

Regards,
Rukmini
