For the past 50 years we are hearing such things from different people. Please think differently and try out. The written article doses not help any individuals to make one step forward to the carrier life. Communication is not at all a problem if you are stuffed and bold.
The matter written in the article is only for 10 percentage and the rest 90%...???? require technicaly sound in the respective field to survive.
This was a very informative article regarding soft skills. People usually do not pay much attention to it, especially the recent pass outs from technical background.
Professionals should work on their soft skills, in order to become good managers.
Hello, its really a very useful mail especially fo the entrants of the organization for the first time in their life. I agree with you fully. You have shared a true fact. I am a girl who dont communicate with others unless it tends to the work in hand. But do you think spending time in the office in just gossiping with the collegues adds any value in one's skill. According to me, as long as one is doing his job well, and can negotiate his point, can communicate properly etc., he is apraised well. What is your opinion?
