Communication
by Girish on Feb 28, 2006 10:27 AM  Permalink

This article is very well written but I agree with Reyaz that a more practical solution- i.e. with example needs to be given.

I would like to read more on the subject, anyone knows of another source??

Yes i feel the Ingrediants should help us in Carporate offices. In the meeting we need to express ourself and we should tell about our work what we did and how we did like this...

Every where communication should be important...

SOFT SKILLS TRAINING
by vijai on Feb 15, 2006 01:31 AM  Permalink

Soft skills are quite essential these days, especially the business etiquette is the one that has to reach almost all indians. As there is sufficient gap between the educational system which is not career oriented in most cases, as adults many indians lack the opportunity to learn these skills in schools and colleges. So the training for soft skills is an absolute need. Why cant it be organised in a widespread way in all schools and colleges which will help the youngsters to get moulded when they are flexible enough. Is there anyone thinking in the same way.
