Learn about accent.Once you the actual pronunciation then I am sure, you will not have spelling problems.
you are exactly correct. now a days academically the students are ok but from the point of skills they lack somehow . this is the best time to impart training to those people who really desire to have such potentialities. good work . go ahead.
