I have given my 10th boards and I am expecting 90%. I want to do engineering but in case I couldn't do it.. I'm thinking to take non medical with economics, so that i can do eco honours and then mba if i couldn't make it to engineering. tell me Is this right ?

i have completed class 10 but have a break of 1 year, i have no idea what i could do after such a break please advice with options other than hsc/ class 12.
I have cleared xth this year and I have scored 78% my prob is that I have no aim in my life so there is no importance to give any aptitude test,I have no worry if I score 60% or 90% but my family worries about me a lot I m too studious I study a lot from my beggining classes but never achieved a nice percentage?
