Rashmi, despite her other basically good qualities, seems to be somewaht mathematically challenged.
"This risk varies from 0 (absolute flop) to 1 (making it big). Izzat x Matlab x Mazaa divided by Risk could mean you become ......" This implies that, with a risk coefficient of 0, your job-satisfaction-parameter will become infinitely high (should be very desirable), while Rashmi rates it absolutely flop. And with a risk-coeff of 1, which Rashmi relates to "making it big", the job-satisfaction-parameter is not affected at all (division by 1 doesn't change the original number). I suggest modification of risk coefficient to the range of 1 (no risk at all) to 1000 (verry risky, casting couch and all). That, I suppose, should square off the "job-satisfaction-equation". Otherwise, the inspiration derived from B & B is quite logical & worth an applause. Dileepgb

why do you have to rub it in our faces that you are from IIM A? i guess you should try to convince ppl based on your writing and not on your credentials and that you spent(wasted??) 2 yrs of your life at iima
