sir i have purchased a diverted residential plot after taking plot loan from banking institution. Please guide, what benefit i will get in tax. i have a question ... in principal amount.... in interest paid amount... can i claim stamp duty in 80c and when. i will not construct house thereon for 5 years.
I am planning to take loan of 48 Lacs for purchasing a land , after an year i want to take another 8 lacs loan for construction(my parents will help me with some more amount during construction). Will 48 8=56 lacs considered as home loan? Can I claim tax benefits for 56 lcs as homeloan?
where i have shown a plan to bank to construct 10 rooms to have a construction loan ,but afterwards i am constructing only 4 rooms & utilising only half of the amt. of loan . what will be implications?
