Stress can cause dandruff too. Exercise to bust your stress out. Drink lots of water. Do not leave your hair dry. Use neem oil mixed with coconut oil. Wash hair 2-3 times a week.

Both Healthy Diet and Good exercise will help your situation.
Eat lot of fresh fruites and vegitables. As far as possible stick to vegitarian/low fat /low spice food. Eat very less quantities - but more (4-5) times a day. Drink lots and lots of water 3-4 liters a day. You may soak jeera/cumin seeds in the water overnight and keep it in mud pot and use it for drinking. Also soak 2-3 spoons of mustard seeds (methi seeds) in water overnight and make sure you eat it first thing the morning with 2-3 glasses of water.
Exercise every day. Relaxes your body from stress. Gym/Yoga/weight training any of them will work. If you do not have access to them, Do brisk walking / jogging atleast 4-5 kms every morning, with out fail. Once day in every 2 weeks, you may skip your exercise and fast the whole day or have moderate amount of fruits and water. This will cleanse your body and help get rid of toxins (unwanted chemicals) in your body.
I am 30 years old suffering from Psorisis. I had been having the patches over the neck area for 3 years now . But off late it has started coming over my forehead. It seems like because of this, i also had quite a hairloss. what should i do ? I have heard there is no 100 % treatment . Is it true?

Aloe vera lotion will help. These are found every where. Get some aloe vera leaves, grind/ just squash them by adding a few drops of water if needed. Apply to the sore every night, you can keep applying as many times you want as it dries up.
How does your suggestion to use glucose powder or other health drinks like bournvita even remotely connect with Ayurveda!! Please don't pass off anything in the name of Ayurveda.

I need to counter your comment about Bournvita and chocolate drinks being suggested to be replaced by cocoa. I have two younger sisters who used to drink a similar milk mix and were hyperactive and cranky all day, until we changed their drink. It made a HUGE difference. Its true. Avoid them and see the difference for yourself.
