Same here i have done my IT degree not from a famous reputed institute and did two years of sales in financial services now planning to go for MBA in marketing is this the right time?

Hi Ravi!
If your interested keenly in finance then opt for finance, recession will be there for 2-3 yrs. But its your career where your going to work for life long.
Since you said that your not from top B-School, it might be difficult to get a good job in finance. If your serious in your career then start pursuing CFA-AIMR or ICWAI or any course that will add value to your career.
