It is not i am a igcse student from year 1 about 30% is multiple choice then another 30% for writing and 40% projects and particles. see IGCSE it all about application on work as for CBSE and ICSE its all about theory and cramping.
My daughter Namita recently passed out her class 8th from Delhi Public School, Panipat. Now I want her to get into IGCSE from class 9th. Which are the schools available for her in North India.

my son had opt for seven subject in igcse and had passed in 5 subjects, now we want an admission in cbse 11th, but the same school which have both the boards denying the admission in cbse 11th saying that cbse is not permitting your son for 11th because he had passed 5 subjects only.....is it true that he have to pass all 7 subjects.?. kindly help..
My son is in 4th Std, we r planning to switch over to IGCSE board, can my son able to cop up the stress? is IGCSE board is better than all other board?...kindly suggest
My daughter has completed CIPP programme.Now we are ina delima that at A&AS lvl. the grades are converted into percentage for seeking admissions in Indian Universities
In case anyone questions the difference in IGCSE, the answer is : there isnt much of a change in what is learnt, the difference is in how its applied. ICSE is memorization while IGCSE is application, it makes the child a thinker. Im giving my IGCSE board exams soon and i see the difference between igcse and many other curriculums
