We need to take care to communicate better. It not what you communicate that matters.one should try to ensure that the person receiving the message must understand what you have communicated.
always concentrate on what you want the person listening to you understand and not what you are saying.

I am glade to see this article very helpful for me to read the article. I needs this type of article. I was greateful if you could give me the address of the institute.
While the article is spot in most respects, from an Indian perspective it becomes narrow minded right at the end....'Speak in English with family and friends'. Communication (even in boardrooms) is not just about English. We have been blessed by so many sweet languages around us. Too sad most of us are pathetic at most of them (even the national language). Separately, I would request everyone to read Subroto Bagchi's article 'Application to the Headmaster' in an early December 04 Bussiness World issue. Regards.
I liked this article .It puts the importatnt ideas together . I agree with you . But don't you think these ideas will need a lot of time if implemented?
Tips are practical and useful. We can improve communication ability by practise. The importance of communication is well known to everybody. Youu get ahead in life by communication only.
