The article is packed with platitudes palmed off as epigrams! On my own I have prepared a manual for effective communication. Some American friends, who are well-known writers, have praised it openly. Long thereafter, one day I ran into the CEO of a BPO organization who talked disparagingly about Indian youths attempting to communicate in English.I told him that a young friend of mine, an Indian, had prepared a manual that might interest him. He wanted to read it. Two days later he returned it to me, saying that the kind of communication that the manual taught was not needed! No comment, AQUARIAN

It is a very good article for those who has desire to communicate effectively , Tips are very good , If any one will follow them sincerely will be a good Speaker.
