Nice to see the information on : 3 Golden Rules. There is something more that I feel like sharing. Effective communication is a self defining term. You communicate to express yourself but even more important that has to be kept in mind is the very fact that it is a two way process. What you say has to be understood by the listener.Hence you have to first study the listener and communicate accordingly adjusting to his level of understanding.You can't keep one standard level for communicating effectively.
