Am Adil working in a domestic Call Center where customers use there own regional language and very less people speak in English as i couldn't communicate properly and I tried for the good MNC's but i din't find the job for the reason grammatical mistakes were overcome, please give me suggestions how i can improve my English Comm Skills, and Grammatical sentence formation as every interviewer tell me that i have a Neutral Accent but I am unable to overcome.

HI ADIL..THIS MESSAGE IS ALSO FOR THE OTHER PEOPLE WHO ARE FACING THE SAME PROBLEM...I WOULD ADVICE YOU TO WATCH ENGLISH MOVIES AND TRY TO CATCH THEIR PRONOUNCIATION.LEARN HOE THEY ARE SAYING A PARTICULAR WORD.MOREOVER PLEASE READ A LOT OF ENGLISH BOOKS OR ENGLISH NOVELS.ONCE READING BEGINS YOUR PASSION AFTER SOME TIME YOU WILL REALIZE THAT YOU HAVE ACTUALLY STARTED KNOWING WHEN TO USE WHICH WORD AND HOW TO USE A PARTICULAR WORD.ONCE READING BEGINS YOUR HABIT WHENEVER YOU WILL HEAR A WRONG GRAMMAR IT WOULD KND OF JINGLE IN YOUE EARS AND YOU WOULD KNOW ITS RIGHT OR NOT.LET ME TELL YOU MY FRIEND MANY PEOPLE WHO SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH DOESNT KNOW THE GRAMMAR RULES BUT STIL THEY SPEAK EFFECTIVELY AND NICELY BECAUSE THEY HAVE READ A LOT AND THEY KNOW IF WHATEVER THEY ARE USING IS RIGHT OR WRONG.
Hi I got job in MNC,everyone is very good in English I even not able to open my mouth due to fear in english plz let me now the best way to improve faster and attractive any good site to make me improve ..

Don't fear and hesitate, speak fluently what ever you know and pronounce. Practice daily at least 3 hours. If neccessary consult with any consultant.

everyday u must read english newspaper or stories it improve your english knowledge
hello sir.i need to do a bpo offline job because i am in a great need of it. but my communication skill is very poor.and this job just requres a very fluent english. i was searching that how to speak to the customers/ clients while attending the call.although the tricks are very effective but i will be very greateful to you if you can suggest me some more ideas regarding the jobs. thank you
