I was earlier staying in ANDHERI East ( PAN no was allotted in Year 1995) and Now I changed my Residence to Borivili east, Do You suggest I apply for a New PAN No or I can Go with my Old PAN card and ask for New card/no, Will it affect my Refund Claims cheques mailing ?? Thanks

i have one client who lost his pan card and he forgot his pan no. too please suggest me any site to get the same on the basis of his name and birth date.

If you know the PAN number, get an "application for change in details" from UTI or NSDL and attach a fresh photograph and quote the same PAN number in the application and submit the same to UTI or NSDL. You need not make any police complaint.
