I had applied for PAN card through UTI-ISL. My application No. was 007115663 dated 16/08/2004the same. I did not recieved PAN card. Again on 28/12/2005 I applied for PAN card for duplicate but still i have not recieved any PAN card.Can you help me out? plz tell the way that i can get pan card .
